Promecon™ 4000 [preliminary specification]

The Promecon 4000 supports simultaneous operation of up to four process tubes. The Promecon 4000 is ideal for horizontal furnace stacks, or for pairs of vertical furnaces. The P4000 uses the same FTA, controller interface, and remote display units as the P1000 for easy upgrades and compatibility between installations.

The Promecon 4000 system consists of :

P400x Promecon controller: x = number of simultaneous independent furnace tube operations
P1000CI-OEM-xxx furnace controller interface unit (up to 4)
P1000LE-OEM-xxx loader electrical interface unit (up to 4)
OPTION: P1000RD-OEM-FLF Four-line fluorescent remote display unit (optional).
Interconnect cables, etc.
Promecon Furnace Tube Assembly (FTA), up to 4, each consisting of:

CNT-OEM-xxx cantilever-head upgrade unit

CIS-OEM-xxx Customized ceramic set for paddle insulation

P1000-OEM-FTH high-voltage feedthroughs

EGU-OEM-xxx electrical grounding unit
